How we prepare you

Pre-test — your baseline
Every programme starts with a structured assessment. We test your running pace, your station efficiency, and identify the exact weaknesses that will cost you time on race day.

Coached progression
2–3 sessions per week, each building on the last. Running mechanics, station-specific strength, race strategy. Nothing random. Everything tracked.

Simulation race
Before your first real race, you do a full Hyrox simulation at Escapist. 8km. All 8 stations. Timed, coached, and debriefed. So race day has no surprises.

Race strategy
Your coach builds a race plan around your specific data. What pace to hold on the km runs. Which stations to push, which to manage. How to negative split the back half.

Ongoing membership
After your course, roll into the Hyrox Membership — 3x per week, group format, keeping you race-fit between events. The foundation stays. You keep building.

Full CrossFit access

Where can I train for Hyrox in Berlin?
Escapist CrossFit is at Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg — one of Berlin's most central locations. We offer dedicated Hyrox Race Prep courses, personal training, semi-private coaching, and ongoing Hyrox membership. 5 minutes from the S-Bahn.
Do I need to have raced Hyrox before?
No. Our Race Prep Course is built for both first-timers and experienced athletes. If you have never raced, the 6-week programme will get you to the start line confident and to the finish line strong. If you have raced before, we target the specific stations and km runs where you are losing time.
I have a demanding schedule. How much time does this require?
The group course runs 2–3 sessions per week. Most of our athletes are executives and professionals in Charlottenburg and West Berlin who train before or after work. Sessions are coached, efficient, and built around real schedules — not athletic hobbyists with unlimited time.
